Frequently asked questions

How can restaurants use QR codes to encourage repeat visits?

Place a trackable QR on a table card, counter sign, receipt or takeaway packaging and direct guests to a current menu, promotion or other useful destination. Recorded scans show visits to the link, not guaranteed repeat visits or purchases.

Can cafés create digital promotional offers?

QR Track supports voucher campaigns with unique customer voucher codes. A guest can follow the available offer claim flow and choose to save an eligible offer to a compatible wallet. Voucher redemption does not automatically create a membership.

How do I measure engagement with a QR promotion?

Review recorded scans for the campaign and its trackable codes. A scan is a visit, not necessarily a unique customer, purchase or completed offer claim.

Can multiple café locations use QR campaigns?

You can use distinct tracked QR touchpoints for locations and compare their recorded scan activity where your account supports those campaigns. QR Track is not a point-of-sale or multi-location operations system.

Do customers need an app to participate?

A phone camera can open the QR destination in a browser. Wallet saving is optional and requires a compatible Apple Wallet or Google Wallet experience. The campaign destination and any claim steps depend on the workflow you configure.
